ANNA VINCENT
CO-OWNER, BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST
Anna started in the field of ABA as a registered behavioral technician (RBT) which is one of the early-entry positions in the behavior analysis field. As she worked one on one and already having a love for kids, she became even more passionate in wanting to make a difference in the lives of children. As a result, she obtained a master's degree in applied behavior analysis with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder and then became a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She has dedicated work experience focused on supporting children with diverse mental health and behavioral diagnoses across a range of settings and programs. Her expertise extends to supervising various programs and staff, bringing a wealth of knowledge as a behavior specialist and consultant. Her aim is to create an environment where clients and their families can thrive and experience meaningful progress while having fun. Outside of her professional pursuits, Anna finds joy in spending quality time with her four children, 2 doggos, and close friends.
MACHEL SHAW
CO-OWNER, CENTER MANAGER
Machel holds a master’s degree in early childhood education and has over 17 years of experience working with children in the role of a teacher in a school setting. She has dedicated her career to positively impacting young lives and finds immense fulfillment in nurturing and guiding children; helping them develop into confident individuals. Outside of work, her heart belongs to her family. Cherishing every moment spent with them, Machel prioritizes creating lasting memories together.
With a clear vision, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for positive change, Machel aspires to create a thriving center that would serve as a beacon of hope and support for all those seeking professional and compassionate ABA care.
